You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please contact us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

4. Products and Orders

We do our best to make sure that all product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability are accurate. However, colours may look slightly different on your screen, and we do not guarantee that product information is free of errors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of limited stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD); prices in other currencies are shown for information only. We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online card payment. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared once the payment is received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We prepare orders within 1–2 business days and ship across Morocco and worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Our full policy is described on our Returns & Exchanges page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Maroc Shop Online and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Maroc Shop Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
